ACC Bank, Dublin - A new style of writing

This project involved helping the bank create a rule book for how its employees write both in internal communications documents and correspondence with its customers and stakeholders. I created a customised Style Guide to bring quality and consistency to the writing of everyone in the bank. This work fits into a wider brand and communications strategy.

As the UK's largest register for pre-qualified contractors and consultants, Constructionline is an online database business that must communicate quite complicated technology to different stakeholders, from government bodies and state-owned organisations to builders and service suppliers. I helped to clearly explain the technology, services and procedures for a new website and write sales and marketing materials for different target audiences.

Letterkenny Institute of Technology (LYIT), Donegal - Fresh writing for new website and prospectus

As a growing third level educational instituion in a changing marketplace, LYIT, revamped its branding and marketing strategy. I helped by writing a new prospectus and creating new website copy to capture the new image and approach the college was looking for. As you can imagine, the college has to provide a huge amount of information for different audiences. I organised and clarifyed the content, writing it in a fresh, positive, clutter-free style that makes the prospectus and website accessible, interesting, informative and welcoming.
